Our Mission and Vision

"From Kyoto" —Transmitting Japanese Culture

While Japan endured periods of recession, business enterprises in Kyoto had not only survived through it but also controlled the world market share and increased profits by maintaining its culture of innovation, the tradition of pursuing corporate quality, and the acute insight of social needs. Kyoto is also known as the origin of world-class venture companies. Many of Japanese Nobel Prize winners are from Kyoto too, which explains that Kyoto is a place fostering creativity development both in business and academia.

Over a thousand years, Kyoto has been a center of Japanese culture. Located in Kyoto, the KCGI will always inherit the climatic energy of Kyoto, and be as a place of transmitting Japanese information culture to the world.
