KCGI holds Japanese company orientation at Jeju, Korea.

August, 21,2007. KCGI holds an orientation seminar for Korean students co-sponsored by the Jeju Special Autonomy Government Office at Jeju. In Jeju island, now there are five universities and one of them, Jeju university (public university) is our sister school. At Jeju island which has always been famous as a tourist island, there are few local enterprises, therefore graduates are having trouble finding jobs. On the other hand, Japanese IT enterprises are having problems with a shortage of human resources. In this regard, our school planned a Japanese company orientation as a part of an interchange with Jeju University and the Jeju local government office. Japanese enterprises that will participate are affiliated enterprises with ANIA and others.

In 2006, Jeju Island was designated as a special autonomy area that has advanced autonomy. Industrial development is expected and Jeju has expressed eagerness in inviting Japanese enterprises. Through this Japanese company orientation, we hope for mutual benefits for both Japan and Korea.
