Japan, Korea, and Vietnam Joint Seminar, Special Lecture by Mr. Scott Ross

The Joint Seminar among three countries-- Japan, Korea, and Vietnam was held on October 16 to 19, 2006 hosted by the KCG Group (KCGI and KCG) and the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) of Korea, the Korean governmental institution for information and communication research.
