
The labor markets in developed countries is rapidly changing, which will probably influence how people in any generation plan and build their career. In their career development, many people will be engaged in various jobs. The continuous education or re-education (corporate education, life-long education) is required in this context.
This course is to help students be aware of the changing labor market and its future direction, and the essential abilities and decision-making skills needed to respond to the changing realities in the country, work, school, and individual levels. The knowledge will be useful not only in developing careers individually, but also in promoting corporate education.
