
This course is to discuss the essential qualities and behavior of new leaders who are capable of responding to the rapid advancement and development of technologies and trends, and educating their organization enhances work in multi-cultural societies and cross-sectoral industries.
During the industrialized and high-speed economic growth era, strong leaders had the intense drive to succeed; yet, this highly competitive and constantly changing century requires new types of leadership different from the past. The course examines the ideal types of leadership in the current and future generations; focuses on methodology to analyze internal and external dimensions of an organization; and also provides group work and training experiences.
