Advanced Topics in Systems Theory

The goal of this course is to help students: understand events discovered through observing decision makers when they are exchanging their opinions and ideas and negotiating with each other; also acquire methods to analyze complex systems in the filed of administration, economics, and technology; and learn rational decision making abilities, based on abstract models of the reality, in order to deal with situations including complicated competitive problems.
